Ginger Milk Curd is a delicious Macau dessert. The most popular shop selling it is located right at Largo do Senado.

When we were in Macau, my wife and I visited it many times because we wanted to try the different types of milk curds that have on their menu. Some are softer, some harder, and there's also liquid ones. They kind of reminded me of soyabean curd. There are also those that come with toppings such as red beans. All are hot. The type I like best is the plain milk curd.

Try it once when you visit Macau. I hope you enjoy it!
